Fees
Because our assignments vary, our hourly rate and
other fee terms also vary.
The hourly rate generally ranges from $50 to $80 per hour, depending on the
sophistication of the work and other factors. For certain kinds of assignments,
we may work on a flat fee. We work with you to determine an estimate or a
maximum cost of the assignment or of its components.
We provide detailed itemizations of our services. Our invoices are generally due
upon receipt, but this is negotiable.
State bar ethical rules do not allow non-attorney services to be paid on a
contingent basis or through fee-splitting arrangements.
